If you strike any of these obstacles, you will be swallowed up by the snow and your run will be over. The further you go, the more dangerous the course becomes and the quicker your reactions will have to be. Maneuver through tight places and time your leaps to clear terrain and survive your high-speed plummet.

Ski Safari survival takes more than frenetic dodging. When possible, place your skier toward the center of the screen to give you room to navigate left or right when a tree emerges. Rather than focusing on your character, glance well down the slope to see what hazards might lie ahead. Jump over perilous clusters of obstacles with the use of ramps when the terrain is congested. Grab some loose change but don’t risk a deadly collision for that extra gold. Finally, do not crash. Change lanes gently and peacefully.
Gold coins will be thrown over the cold paths throughout your desperate escape. Gathering this currency in Ski Safari lets you buy and unlock new skiers from the main menu. These extra characters have the same skills and speed characteristics, but they provide your runs a new visual flair and a goal to grind for between avalanche escapes.
